Equation for a line: y=mx+b, m=slope, b=y-intercept
slope=∆y/∆x=(-2-1)/(3-(-2))=-3/5
Equation: y=-3x/5+b
Solving for b using coordinates of one of the given points (-2,1)
1=(-3*-2)/5+b
b=1-6/5=-1/5
Equation: y=-3x/5-1/5
