y+=+mx+%2B+b m is the slope, and b is the y-intercept
m = -3 (given)
goes through point (0,3)
y+=+mx+%2B+b
Now plug in (x,y) = (0,3)
3+=+-3%2A0+%2B+b
3+=+0+%2B+b
b+=+3
So, the equation is
y+=+-3x+%2B+3
