How do you graph y is less than or equal to 5/2x + 10?

Graph y = (5/2)x + 10 ; this is the boundary for the inequality.
You need 2 points:
If x = 0, y = 10, gives you the point (0,10)
If x = 2, y = 15, gives you the point (2,15)

Plot those 2 points and draw a line thru them.

Then shade the half-plane BELOW the boundary
because your graph inclues all the points
where y is LESS than the boundary value.
