All horizontal lines have the equation  where y[1] is the y-coordinate of any point on the line
You're given the point (-7,5). This is in the form (x,y), so the horizontal
line through this point goes through any point that looks like (x,5). It
could be (9,5), (-100, 5), or (43001, 5), as long as the y-coordinate is 5.
