my answer is x + 4 * y - 16 = 0, is this correct
now this is where I'm confused, how do I graph this on a line?

You can put this solution on YOUR website! graph the line:
x + 4y = 16

Solve for either x or y.
x = -4y + 16
----
It's a straight line, so you need 2 points.
Pick 2 values for y and find x:
y = 0, x = 16 --> point (16,0)
y = 4, x = 0 --> point (0,4)
Plot them, draw a line thru them.
