This is just y = a number.
This means that no matter where you are on
this line, y does not change. the x component
can change and be anything.

The only line that does this is a horizontal line.

+y+=+1%2F4+
This is a horizontal line intersecting the y-axis
at (0,1/4), and goes infinitely far in both
(-) and (+) directions
