First solve it:
4x + 5 > 2(x + 5)
4x + 5 > 2x + 10

4x > 2x + 5

2x > 5
2x/2 > 5/2
x > 2.5
Draw a number line:

Mark the point -2.5 which is half way between 2 and 3

right of 2.5, we shade the line to the right of 2.5

the right:
