A line with an undefined slope is a vertical line. All of the ordered pairs that comprise a vertical line have the same coordinate. All you have to do to write the equation is say that is equal to the value of the coordinate in the point given. There is no term in such an equation because the value has no relationship to the value in a vertical line.
