5x-2y=10...this is equation in standard form and we will rewrite it in slope-intercept form y=mx%2B-b (where m is a slope and b is y-intercept)like this:
5x-10=2y
%285%2F2%29x-10%2F2=y
y=%285%2F2%29x-5
so, a slope is: m=5%2F2
y-intercept is: b=-5
how to find the x-intercept...set y=0

5x-10=2%2A0
5x-10=0

5x=10
x=10%2F5
x=2
