4x=3y


3y = 4x


y = 4/3x


So we now have y=expr%284%2F3%29x. Add on a +0 (it doesn't change anything) to get y=expr%284%2F3%29x%2B0. So the equation is now in y=mx+b form where m=4%2F3 and b=0
