A lot of them have infinite number of solutions.
But there are also inequalities where the solution set is finite, or even the empty set!
For example, the inequality abs%282x+-+6%29+%3C=+0 has only the set {3} as solution set, while the inequality x%5E4+%2B2x%5E2+%2B+3+%3C+0 has the empty set as solution set.
