Let x m the width, then the length will be: 2x+4 m. Since the perimeter is 128m
we write the equation:
x%2B%282x%2B4%29=64, solve the equation
3x=60
x=20
Answer: Width is 20m and the length is: 2%2A20%2B4=44m.
Check:2%2A20%2B2%2A44=40%2B88=128.
