: Systems of linear equations: Solving by Graphing. I have to find the solution to the System.
The Problem is as follows: 2x-y=4
2x-y=6
this is what I came up with: the solution to the system is 3,2

2x-y=4 2x-y=6
2(0)-4=(-4) 2(0)-6-6
2(2)-0-4 2(3)-0=6

x y x y
0 -4 0 6
2 0 3 0
I tried to cut and past my graph to show the intercept as 3,2

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If you graph these properly, you will find that they are parallel
2x-y=4
2x-y=6
Thus there are no solutions at all...
