b = y-intercept
m=slope
x+5y=10
5y=-x+10
y=-x%2F5%2B2
Slop is -1/5 and intercept(b)=2
Lets plot 2 on the y axis
Then go 1 place down from 2 (on the y-axis ) and 5 pts to the right on the x-axis.
