how do i graph 6x-2y=10

Let x = 0, then -2y = 10
So y = -5
Gives you point(0,-5)

Let y = 0, then x = 10/6
So x = 5/3
Gives you point (5/2,0)

Plot those two points and draw a line thru them to get:
