then use the slope
4 right 3 down from y int.
and so on

How do you graph a line when you have
y=-3/4(x)+10

Let x = 0, then y = 10 giving you point (0,10)

Let x = 4, then y = 7 giving you point (4,7)

Plot those two points and draw a line thru them to get:
