It's very easy, choose at least two values for x and find y
Let x = -3
y = -2*-3
y = +6
Ordered pair: -3, +6

Let x = 0
y = -2(0)
y = 0
ordered pair: 0,0

Let x = +3
y = -2*3
y = -6
ordered pair: 3, -6
:
Plot these 3 ordered pairs, a line looks like this
