You can put this solution on YOUR website! Given f(x) = x^2 + 3x - 2, we merely substitute 2 in for x and compute.
So f(2) = 2^2 + 3(2) - 2 = 4 + 6 - 2 = 8
and
Given h(x) = 4x + 8, we have
4[h(-3/4)] = 4[4(-3/4) + 8] =
4[-3 + 8] =
4[5] =
20
