graph y = 3x+3

solving for x= 0

y = 0 + 3

y = 0  (0,3) a point on the line

solving for y = 0 

y = 3x+3

0 = 3x + 3

-3 = 3x

-1 = x (-1,0) a point on the line

Plot the Points and draw the line thru them the equation represents
