= means "is equal to"

> means "is greater than"

> means "is greater than or equal to"

< means "is less than"

< means "is less than or equal to"

It means "greater than OR equal to" some answer. For example,
x%3E_3 means that x is either greater than 3 OR x equals three; one or the other condition.
