Since this is an exponential function it is a function of a parabola.
We can find our points of the graph by creating a table of values.
We take our exponential expression x%5E2+%2B+2 and substitute values for x.
We should find 7 points: the vertex and 6 corresponding points.
If x = 0 then y = 2 (vertex)
If x = 1 then y = 3
If x = -1 then y = 3
If x = 2 then y = 6
If x = -2 then y = 6
If x = 3 then y = 11
If x = -3 then y = 11
Then we plot the points...

This is what the parabola will look like...
