Start by dividing both sides by 2:

Next, add +12 to each side, group the x terms and y terms together, and prepare to complete the square:
x%5E2+-+6x+%2B+____%2By%5E2+%2B4y%2B_____=+12+%2B_____%2B_____

To complete the square, you must take half of the x and y coefficients, respectively, and square. Add that number to both sides on the blank lines that I provided.
