Start at the y-intercept.

Plot it.

The slope, m, is the change in y over the change in x.
m=9%2F4
So when x changes +4 units, y changes +9 units.
Starting at the y-intercept, find another point on the line:
x:0%2B4=4
y:2%2B9=11
