y=-3/2x+4 TO FIND THE X INTERCEPT SET Y=0 & SOLVE FOR X
0=-3/2X+4
-3X/2=-4 CROSS MULTIPLY.
-3X=-4*2
-3X=-8
X=-8/-3
X=8/3 (8/3,0)
Y=(0,4) USE THESE 2 INTERCEPT POINTS TO DRAW THE LINE.
