First of all you need to get the x on one side, so you subtract 7x form both sides;
3x-7x>7x+20-7x
-4x>20
Now divide each side by -4, remember whenever you divide or multiply a negative number you change direction of sign; <
x<-5
Now to graph this you will draw a circle around -5 and a solid line to the left covering -6,-7,-8,etc. It's becuase, all those numbers satisfy the equation not including the -5.
