standard form requires two things
(1) no fractions
(2) all letters on same side
we were given the following:
y+=+%285%2F2%29x+-+22
step 1 - multiply by 2 to get
2y+=+5x+-+44
step 2 - subtract 5x to get
-5x+%2B+2y+=+-44
some teacher want x first AND positive so we could say
5x+-+2y+=+44
