Question 26082: how do i graph y=-4 is it just (0,-4) or is it -4=mx-4?
Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! The full equation in slope-intercept form is y=0x-4
That means the value of "x" can be anything and the
value of "y" will always be -4. So the points (0,-4)
and (10,-4) are on the line. Plot those two points
and draw a line through them. You will end up with
a line that is parallel to the x-axis and four units
below it.
