You need to put this equation in slope-intercept form;
y=mx+b
3x+2y=10
2y=-3x+10
y=-x+10
Now plot the first point, which is given by your equation, where b=y-intercept.
y-intercept=10
slope=-
So the first point is (0,10), and with the slope - plot your next point.
So from that point on the y-axis, go down 3 and over 2, that is point 2.

elima forgot to divide the 10 by 2
this makes your equation y=-x+5
also slope is negative so goes down from left to right
