Question 24024: i need to know step by step instuctions on how to slove a slope intercept form of a line given the slope and one point on the line.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Why don't you try a page on my own website, and I'll show you how to get there. It should be lesson plan on algebra.com, but I guess I didn't make it one yet.
Go to my website by clicking on my tutor name "rapaljer" anywhere in algebra.com, and look for Math In Living Color. On that page, under Intermediate Algebra, there is a section called "Section 5.03 Finding the Equation of a Line." This should be helpful to you.
