y-6=0

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find the slope of the line and sketch the graph

{{y-6=0}}}

Step 1. Add 6 to both sides of the equation

y-6%2B6=0%2B6

y=6

Step 2. An equation in slope-intercept form is given as y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept when x=0 at (0,b).

Step 3. Comparing y=6 with y=mx%2Bb we have m=0 and b=6. So we have a horizontal line intersecting the y-axis at 6.
