X + 2y ≥ 6

Since it's a straight line, only 2 points are needed, any 2 points.
View it as an equation to find 2 points:
x + 2y = 6
Let x = 0: y = 3 --> (0,3)
Let y = 0: x = 6 --> (6,0)
Plot the 2 points and draw a straight line thru them.
The line has a negative slope, descends as you go left to right.

The inequality is the area above and to the right of the line, and includes the line. For all points in that area, x + 2y is greater than or equal to 6.
For example, the point (5,5) --> 5+10 = 15. 15 is greater than 6.
