Step 1. No Point-Slope equation given as

Step 2. Substituting above values yields,
Step 3. Multiply by
to both sides of equation to get rid of denominator.
Step 4. Now add 2-2y to both sides of equation to get in standard form: Ax+By=C where A, B, and C are constants.
