In red%28EQN2%29 we get,
-2-y=1---->-2%2B1=y ----> y=-1

Subst. y=-1 in red%28EQN1%29,
x=%281%2F3%29%28highlight%28-1%29%29%2B2=-%281%2F3%29%2B2=%28-2%2B12%29%2F6=10%2F6
x=5%2F3

These two lines intersect at point (5/3,-1).

---> red%28RED=EQN1%29; green%28GREEN=EQN2%29
