y-2x=0 ---> y=2x, subst. this in red%28EQN2%29

3x%2B14x=17 ----> 17x=17 ----> cross%2817%29x%2Fcross%2817%29=cross%2817%291%2Fcross%2817%291
red%28x=1%29, subst. in red%28EQN1%29

y-2%28highlight%281%29%29=0----> y-2=0 ----> red%28y=2%29
