If the equation is written in standard form, that is Ax+By=C, then the easiest way to graph the x and y intercepts and draw the line between them. When the equation is written in standard form, these are actually the two easiest points to find AND the easiest point to graph!

The first equation is
2x+y = 15

Let x=0 and find y.
2(0) + y = 15, so y = 15

Let y =0 and find x.
2x + 0 = 15, so 2x= 15, and x=15/2 or 7.5

To graph these points, go up 15 on the y axis and put a point.
Next, start over at (0,0), and go to the right 7.5 units (halfway between 7 and 9), and put the second point.

Connect the two points and you have your line. It should look like this:
