The slope always tells you what happens to y when x increases by one.
------------
So y decreases 5 when x increases by one.
--------------
1st: Plot the point (-3,-5)
2nd: Move your pencil from that point one to the right
and then down 5 to the point (-2,-10).
3rd: Draw your graph as a line thru those two points.
