Question 173924: How do you find the y-intercept?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
for a given equation set all x's to zero and that will give you the y intercept. Incidentally to find x intercepts you set y to zero. That is why in y=mx+b....b is the y intercept because when you set x to 0....y=b
