a) y = -3+ 3 Where is the x Variable? As is it looks like y=0. if it is y = -3x+ 3 then the slope is -3 and the y intercept is 3 However if it is reversed then the answer is slope is 3 and the intercept is -3. Remember that in order to find the y intercept you need to make x=0. The term in front of x is the slope provided that the coefficient in front of y is 1.
b) the slope is -6/7 the y intercept is 0.
c) the slope is -2/11 and the y intercept is 9.
d) Where is the x variable?
