You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You don't. That is already a simple as you cna make it.
What you might want to do is plot that on a number line.
Draw the number line.
Find the point , x =23.
Make an open circle at x=23 (use a filled circle when x=23 or x<=23 or x>=23)
Now shade the number line for all values to the left of (less than) 23.
