A line perpendicular to a vertical line must be horizontal.
Horizontal lines have a constant y.
So, we know the y coordinate of point B must be 1.
To be a bisector, the vertical x=2 line must be the same x distance from Point A and Point B.
The x-distance from line x=2 to (-4,1) equals
6 units to the right from x=2 is x=2+6=8.
Point B must be at (8,1).
