Solving:
Subtract 5 from both sides to get:
x > -18

Graphing (assuming you are graphing on a two-dimension x/y system):
Draw a vertical line of dashes thru all the points where x = -18.
Use dashes to indicate the line is not part of the solution set.

Shade the half-plane area to the right of that line.
That is the graph you want.
