Solve the 1st equation for "y": y = -3x+21
Substitute into the 2nd equation after dividing thru by 5
2x+y = 13
2x+(-3x+21)=13
-x=-8
x = 8

Substitute into y = -3x+21 to solve for "y":
y = -3*8+21
y = -24+21
y = -3
