You can put this solution on YOUR website!
5 + 3y = x
Recall that the slope intercept form of the equation of the line is y=mx+b where m and b are constants
5+3y=x
5-5+3y=x-5
0+3y=x-5
3y=x-5
Divide both sides by 3 to leave y alone
y=x/3-5/3
