The two lines divide the coordinate plane in four angles.
The set of solutions to the given problem is the set of points in the coordinate plane inside one of these 4 angles.
This angle is that part of the coordinate plane, which is below of the first line
and above the second line.
The points on the lines do not belong to the solution set.
