No restrictions on x values. Only one possible y value. What does that tell you?
If you are unsure, then better help requires you telling the full problem description exactly the way it is given to you. Other than that, SOLVE your equation for y in terms of x (and notice you have no x-terms in your equation), and put into slope-intercept form. THAT should tell you everything you need to know!
Actually, the questions 1., 2. 3. you have there are clear enough. Just solve for y and put into slope-intercept form.
