To find the times t when the height is 95, set h(t)=95 and solve.
95 = 183t-16t^2
That's a quadratic equation; solve by standard methods.
16t^2-183t+95=0
With those numbers, the quadratic is probably not factorable, so use the quadratic formula or a graphing calculator to find the answers. There will be two times -- one when the rocket is on the way up and another when it is on the way down.
