You can put this solution on YOUR website! find the slope, change in y (-1) divided by change in x (2) so slope is -1/2
point slope formula y-y1=m(x-x1) m slope and (x1, y1) point
y+2=(-1/2)(x+10)
y=(-1/2)x-7
