    The terms "relative maximum" and "relative minimum" are not the standard terms of Calculus.


    In Calculus, the standard terms are "local maximum" and "local minimum".

    If you ask GOOGLE with these standard terms, you will get more than million references to each, 
    which is usual amount for standard terms.


    If you ask GOOGLE with the terms "relative maximum" and "relative minimum", you will get only thousands references, 
    which means that the terms ARE NOT of common use.


    So, these non-standard terms are the inventions of your site.

    But "by the modulus of it", your answers are correct.
