This kind of problem is easy if you work with the x and y components separately.
In the x direction, you need to go 2/3 of the distance from -32 to 11.
The total change in the x direction is 43; 2/3 of that is 86/3 or 28 2/3.
Moving 28 2/3 from the starting value of -32 gets you to -3 1/3, or -10/3.
In the y direction, you need to go 2/3 of the distance from 88 to 34.
The total change in the y direction iw -54; 2/3 of that is -36.
moving -36 from the starting value of 88 gets you to 52.
