has no value when m%5E2-10m%2B21=0 ,
and since m%5E2-10m%2B21=%28m-7%29%28m-3%29 ,
m%5E2-10m%2B21=%28m-7%29%28m-3%29=0 if and only if m=7 or m=3 .
Those values of m are excluded.
